***All of our bread is sourdough. We use a King Arthur Special Patent flour that is always non-bromated and non-gmo. ***
Reheating Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (F). Place loaf in the center of your oven on the oven rack for 10-15 minutes or until the exterior is crunchy and the center is warm.
